Transcription of Annotations
Front endpapers contain notes on statistical information regarding the number of foreign students in the U.S., including those from terror sponsoring countries, the number of illegal aliens in the country, the size and budget of the INS, and the number of political asylum cases filed every year. Other notes refer to the 1996 Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act, point out that the U.S. is the only major country in the world that doesn't have a tracking system for foreign visitors, and mention the organization 'Americans for Better Borders'. -- Annotations by Brian Lamb in the margins and underlining of pertinent phrases throughout the book.
