Examples include: "granddaughter of an Orthodox rabbi," "Henry Kissinger - war criminal," "The Jessica Lynch Hoax," "Sanitized - Iraq," "Crony-in-Chief-Cheney," "embedded reporting," and "lack of diversity behind the news." Annotations by Brian Lamb in the margins and underlining of pertinent phrases throughout the book. Examples include: "3B in 10 years," "Henry Kissinger should be tried," "1/3 going to private contractors," "1/3 going to private contractors," "military serves oil companies," and "war criminal."
